The firm was extremely supportive of me trying out as many practice areas as I wanted, and I received detailed feedback from the supervising attorney on every single assignment.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“The training program was extremely thorough. It seemed as if they were training me to immediately start as a first year. The work assignments were substantive. I definitely did the typical business development write-ups that firms have summers do, but I also worked on deliverables for clients in ongoing litigation.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“Work assignments were typical of what a first-year associate would be expected to do. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;“Events were well thought out to facilitate interaction between the attorneys and the summers while maintaining a fun and casual environment.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“I had a blast in the social aspects of the summer program. We had several social events each week, and I grew very close to my fellow summer associates. Firm attorneys at all levels attended the events and intermingled with summers. It truly felt like a team.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“The program-wide social calendar was packed with events ranging from exercise classes to concerts. My specific practice group also organized multiple happy hours so that we could get to know our future colleagues.”&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;“It was wonderful. There&#39;s a strong push by everyone in the firm to make a good impression on the summers. The events were well attended by a range of juniors, mid-levels, seniors, and partners.
