Best Internships for Diversity

Vault surveyed thousands of current and former interns about their internship programs, asking them to assess their experiences on a variety of different factors. Recognizing the importance of a diverse and inclusive environment, Vault has devoted a separate section to interns’ ratings with respect to diversity. The 2025 rankings are based on the results of the 2025 Internship Survey conducted in the summer of 2024.
